I think the picture is great, I like the fact that you have added the star effect - it's something I wouldn't have thought of using with this kind of image but I think it works. It certainly makes the picture more interesting!

In my opinion, the rating of 5 is entirely too low. I think the detail of the shot is marvellous and I think you had a great eye picking this one out. I'm not so hot on the star burst effect you introduced to the shot, but that's a matter of personal taste. Overall, its a great image.
