About Double Exposure. Final image is in platinum metal salts. I waited for the moon to clear the building because the light values between bldg and moon are too great. Exposed for 10 sec. on building, then raised camera and exposed 1/60th on moon putting it in the upper right quadrant. In 1999 enlarged negative and made 8x10 platinum print.

Hello Harvey,

On the double exposure, I used the same lens 150mm sonnar, on both exposures. So the perspective of the moon is the same as the buildings.....full and bright!

Thank you for your comment..

A very well done capture. Perhaps scale wise the Moon should have been a bit smaller but not a major nit. Posting a bit larger would allow the viewer to see more detail.

Again, an image that evokes a mood that can be felt by the viewer. The washed lighting that was captured by the photographer is superb!! I think that's what pulls me into this photograph. As with all of your images, I wish I could 'see' the actual work of art. Well done!!
