I've had it for a couple months Ray..and you are definitely correct about careful use. The POF gets extremely narrow at f/1.8...so I keep experimenting

Beautifully shot in that wonderful natural lighting coming from the left Larry and the dof from this fast lens is awesome.
I have the Canon f1.4 and there is a need for care in using these lenses. I have mucked up a lot of shots using it wide open and getting the pof wrong. You have got two great shots in a row here..Is this a fairly new lens my friend or are you a long-established expert in it's applications.
