Uh, Ina, indeed I missed. A very beautiful picture and I am honored with the dedication. I remember this view, the heated pools and the lake behind, absolutely stunning. But my sky was not as dramatic as yours. The colors are beautiful, the whole picture is very well balanced. Warm regards, gyuri

Thank you very much Mark foryour comments. Indeed Randy's sky is similar, mine is only half, I had to crop it for the pano format. I've been doing a few still lifes this morning, and posted one (w/a special dedication :))) but I pulled it, because it needed some touch-ups. I hope to post it tomorrow (Feb. 10th) or soon - I'll be curious what you think - I worked outside on my balcony.

Amazing colors here Ina! The pools create such an unusual look to the landscape, almost like meteorite craters. I like the balance of this shot, and the panoramic version of it really helps me to appreciate this, showing beautiful detail in the pools, etc. The sky is amazing. It reminds me of the sky in Randy Lorance's gorgeous lake shot:

Thanks very much for your comment Jeanette. Yellowstone is an amazing place. Each of these geyser pools is a natural abstract, they have many strong colors: blue, green, yellow, orange - from the minerals deposited by the water. And they change with time. You must have seen other pool shots (close-ups) - I decided not to post them individually, there are so many! Best regards, Ina

Such an amazing place you found here Ina - beautiful and moody at the same time and the circle water "pools" with that cool colours in this view is wonderful- I like the colours and aslo the dramatic look of the clouds!

Hi Tracey, the bison heards are very visible, even at a distance. Actually when we were there, they crossed the road, between cars - LOL - and everybody was taking close-up shots :)

Hi Daniel, LOL! First they don't allow you to walk off the boardwalk. These "pools" are boiling hot and unpredictable, some are very deep and probably toxic (?) - the colors come fromthe various minerals they deposit.
