I'd say this photo has the perfect DOF, It's CRYSTAL where it needs to be and fades out where it should to demonstrate the magnification. Good Isolation!!! I personally rated this photo as perfect ( because I love macros ).

Wow, just a stunning photograph. The colors and textures you caught on the leaf and the ladybug are just wonderful. The subtle tones on the ladybug are particularly eye-catching. Just a brilliant piece of work.
