Thanks Kay, I was trying to get that ice just right. It is easy to over saturate the images with that much white. Oh, I did buy some and it was pretty good.

Thanks very much for the hints. I will play with it a bit more. It's so hard to tell, depending on the monitor you use, it looked pretty nice on my work computer but a little dark and flat on my home computer. It could also be the ambient light around my computer as well. BTW, it is fresh squeezed juice from the farmers market in Hollywood.

In Hollywood the iced juice is a big 
If i was you i shoul try to change the levels, check that - cause i think you can brighten this shot a bit, and also remove a little cyan which also gonna saturate the juice!
Cool and cold idea which i like very much!
