I think Fuji must have invented Velvia with this kind of beauty (and faithful reproduction)in mind............

Extraordinary rock formation

Very interesting and original perspective. The silhouetted brush adds some interest, but on some level I think portions of it distract from the shape and form of the fin & arch that is so magically lit. I like the polarized effect. The red rock pops against the blue sky very effectively. Utlimately I think cropping a little off the top would reduce the brush silhouettes hanging on the top edge of the frame and better frame the arch. Just a thought.
