Sorry, it just reminds me of a movie I saw when I was a kid called "Village of the Damned". The kids had crazy powers and their eyes lit up.

it was harsh light, a 2k tungstun light. this picture was taken for a lighting class, and i left her eyes blue, just goofing around. i never had any intention of using "shock value" with this photo, i'm quite confused at your opinion on that...
