Another wonderful perspective. One of my favorite because you've created a interesting composition of an ordinary landscape. :) Andree

jeanette glad you could see what i was focusing on,i tried to get it so the who line of the fence stood out ,it was a dull day today so limited on exposures/shutter speeds but you have to make best of what nature offers.

hello paul well thanks for the comment ,however the crop is actually on the otherside due to nearby tree and annoying branch! ,if i cud have found a solid branch to move up that tree or found a higher point on the ground i could have probably got a better depth at the sides but i just took a handfull of shots and quicky got my feet firmly back on the ground! thanks and i dont think ill go back for another shot kinda like being on the ground!

Wow, you are a master of perspective, Brian! Absolutely amazingzig-zagging fence line and road line, and the clouds seem to follow the same vanishing point! Superb B & W tones in the snow and in the background, stunning! Fantastic clarity, DOF and atmosphere! 7+++ Ina

Superb composition and good contrast between the strong line of the fence and subtle tones of the background. I'm not sure if the composition would be even better if the right hand side of the picture wasn't cropped so closely to the fence. Perhaps not, but just wondering; it's pretty near perfect anyway.

to get that dof and composition i had to get up a tree ,from ground level i coudnt get the top of fencing in view in the distance.dont try it trying to balance a camera on a branch aint no fun , however made use of a cushion rest and a cable release.glad you all liked it. it was taken in b/w with a red filter setting.thanks all
