A tug boat enters the harbour along the Naval Station in Everett, WA. I was pretty "iffy" about this picture due to the tide-break running horizontal behind the tug and if that would distract from the picture. Thoughts?

I like the different levels of the tones in this color scheme. Its all balanced and composed very nicely. Only one little distraction for me, is that the sun is a bit hot. If it could be a little less white, I think I would like this even better.
I think this picture works well. The colours are wonderful and the tug is placed well. Maybe it would have been slightly better without the line behind the tug, but if you hadn't mentioned it, then maybe I would not have minded it.
