Thank you very much for your kind critique Mireille. I liked this one but wasn't sure anyone else would and did not post it for quite a while. It think it needs an artistic eye to be appreciated and is not for everyone. But I think we see similar things in this one. Thanks again for commenting.
There is some focal length lens distortion in it that I tried to correct in PS, but I have not learned that particular PS skill yet so I left it as is.
Best regards, Mark

Hi Mark, And we must all be thankful that you had your camera with you at that moment...it is a GREAT capture!!! Although there are so many things to look at (windows, various reflections, verticals, colours...), you never feel distracted, on the contrary, it will always be pleasant to view and that's why it goes into my favs! Regards, Mireille

Great image Mark! I love the copper color of the building and the strong verticals, as well as the cool reflections in various degrees of distortion, very much like an abstract pattern! Well seen! Best regards, Ina

Thanks for the good word Bob! And yeah, I've been unable to post for a while. I had a bad computer meltdown, lost LOTS of photos (tho nothing I'd posted to Usefilm). Unfortunately my backups have been silently failing for months, unbeknownst to me. Take my advice and verify your backups are working by doing a few restores.
Anyway, I'm finally getting my digital studio environment and tools back together and better than ever so I hope to be posting new stuff soon. The few recent posts were things from the recent archive that I'd been considering posting for a while. Thanks for all your critique and support Bob, it's very much appreciated!

Hi Mark, Good to see you posting again. I like the repeating shapes and lines in this one. The fact that we can't see the top or bottom of the building, really lends to the curiosity as to just how tall the it really is. Good vision!
Best regards, Bob
