I took the picture with a compact digital camera 1 megapixelKodak dc260(I forgot my 35 mm slr!) I used ps with the blur filter and toned to sepia color.

Got to add my "wow" to the list, but I agree with Mary Sue about a little info. You put it under DIGITAL for category - I'm curious about what manipulations were done and what the original consisted of.
