I bounced the light of the 550EX Canon flash on a white umbrella, using a IR transimetter fixed on the camera hot shoe. Just to balance the lights of the coffee, yet I kept the longer shutter speed, to capture the players motion, to have a contrast with the man setting at the back of the frame, staring at us, and no body was bothered at all with all the photo gear was set.
