Very nice nature Arch i cannot see any people around anywhere, or any Car's. I think this one will look better in the spring time, looks to cold there :) Not the happiest place for me to be. But still a very nice picture Dave I just not like the heavy snow and cold winters!!

Dave,
I was just looking through some of your other photos and I noticed that you shot the same thing in the summer titled "Golden Arch". It is awesome how both of your photos shot in the same place can envoke different emotions. In both photos you have good lighting and depth of field. Great job! Kinda reminds me of Ansel Adams works and how he would shoot the Half Dome through out the seasons.

No shortage of snow in Manitoba. I like the way this photo captures the the feeling of that day. It has a haunting lonliness on a snowy walk through the trees. Many years ago I traveled to your city selling to the department stores, Hudson Bay, Eatons, and Woodwards. Thanks for your comments, regards, Gil

A beautiful moody shot Dave. The snow on the branches adds to the mood. It has an almost painterly feel to it. Wonderful arches and great exposure on the snow. Well seen and captured. Very Chsitmassy. It would make a lovely gretting card.
I hope you have a Very Merry Christmas Dave and I wish you a Good Health, Peace and Happiness in the New Year.
Cheers - Ann :)
