About	This is a new series on my city , Kolkata. I have created a new portfolio called "images of Kolkata" and this photo starts of my tribute to the CITY OF JOY. Hope you will like it. This is the Rabindra Setu also known as Howrah Bridge. This bridge connects the city of Howarh (left) to Kolkata (Right. The red building on the left is the Howrah train station which is one of the busiest train stations in the World. The Howrah bridge is on the River Hoggly.

As far as I know they had painted it a year ago. In this pic the angle of the sunlight made the bridge to shine like this. That day it was very clear, almost no haze at all.

Yes the hand carts are still there. But the hand rickshaws will be discontinued soon. Dada, when was the last time you visited kolkata ?
