Thanke You for those useful infromations. I bought foma 100, 200 and even 400, too. I'm going to test it, cause I've heard a lot of good opinions about it. I try personally - that's the best way :) /I want to buy Flexaret Automat in ideal condition. It looks great, so if I win the auction, I will have a chance to check it in practise :) Good night and thanks a lot, again.
Hi meewosh, I'd label the Flexaret, from the current perspective, as a toy camera. Mechanically "minus", optically sometimes surprising. Foma Creative 200 (my opinion) - nice contrast, very low shadow details (I develop it in D76 or T-max dev.) Foma Classic 100 or Action 400 - too grainy (I haven't try the Fomadol Excel developer which is recommended by Foma as best for these films. The plastic layer of these films seems to me also not as good as the layers of other brands (easy to scratch, too thin, soft).
nice camera. I just trying to buy it on internet auction and I bought today some of Foma negatives to check it out. It seems to be really good material, isn't it? best regards.
