Hello Kirill.
Your photograph is very good as far as composition and tone is concerned,and it is well balanced as cropping is concerned, but as you are asking for photo "help" I must tell you that I cannot see the subject's face. Is he laughing, crying, sleeping,sighing? There is no other way that I can tell from this photo, what is going on, other than the subjects face, and I cannot see it.
