As you write in the about. This sentence is true.
When you still believe there is hope , then, even when there is no hope, you will have benefit (self-fulfilling prophecy, Merton 1948, later proven as Placebo effect in behaviour psychologie ). I see that daily.

Excellent moment, fantastic light and focus, a facial expression speaks more than a thousand words, she is a strong woman with so much pain and the position of her hand shows she might had a stroke or some deformation.
The beautiful transfer to the sepia tone is a perfect choice, gives more moodiness. The contrast is excellent and the tones are smooth. I like the deep shadows in the out of focus area.
This is a photo with a strong story and I admire your quick reaction, and, once again, Bravo Maestro, agreed with you totally ... a true and so visible hope and determination to always move forward is superbly displayed through your lens.
