About This is perhaps only loosely a photograph, though I am happy to say it stands unmanipulated. It's a scan from my old HP scanner through XSane (scanner software in Ubuntu).

Cropped and rotation corrected. No manipulations.

For the curious, this image is from the label of a 1993 bottle of Domaine de Terre Megere (Les Dolomies) from Coteaux du Languedoc. This bottle of wine may have been past its prime but I may well also be.

Scanned today (2010.12.05).
