About	Kabirul Alam is a farmer. On a chilly December afternoon, I found him soaking himself in the sun after a hard days work. He was very shy. The conversation shifted to different things later on - the ravi crop, the leather complex nearby, the land acquisions due for the new highway to be built...as the conversation progressed, I saw the anger building - he is not sure of the implications of these changes - as far as him is concerned, he is having a lifestyle change which doesnt suit him. I saw the sun beating on the whitish mentored soil of the farmhouse, giving his face a glow. A real magical glow which only I could see. The eyes were red - due to the winter, due to the hard day's work, due to a cold which he might have caught recently or may be due to the fact that they are red anyway. The photographer in me wanted me to take a snap. He paused for a minute, and then the conversation continued...
