Outstanding! It's almost as if the sun is rising out of the center of the flower. A little more DOF to bring that front petal into focus would be desired, but I still gave it 10 out of 10.

Very nice . Especially like the range of colors, the composition with the bright yellow in the background against the stamen. Incrediable DOF -- waterhouse stops?

Beautiful..Yeah you're right about the nose thing, especially an hour later or the next day..ha ha.. but the results are well worth it, don't you think? I usually get about three more bags under my eyes to go with the rest for a day or so. Anyway this picture is what I've tried to go for a couple of times, and well, I'll just enjoy looking at yours. It's just so pretty.
