Cary, Mollie, & Jeanette - many thanks for visiting and commenting extensively. i have no answer to the mystery of the soprano with a bird: an avangard feminist version of papegeno (?), a fire bird in boots (?), or katya kabanova in the iron woods(?). we will leave it to semioticists to sort out...

Nicely composed and so perfect with red against rusty metal wall (as it seems). I agree with Mollie about the questions this shot produce, but we don?t need to wonder too long since you wrote she probably acting. Had been interesting to see the result!

Great shot!!! I love it! This image leaves the viewer with so many questions. Wheres the woman? Whos the woman? Why is there a bird on her head? I like the graffti on the wall but I wish there was none at all or more of it... maybe something fun to play with in photoshop?

Great shot Naftali, the bright red against a drab background is outstanding, good natural action and title too, Cary
