Thank you for commenting, A.T. & Mary! I'm never quite sure when B & W is a good choice. Guess I should trust my instincts.

Well, I really like both shots. But I think color is the best choice for this one. The warm tones of the light enhance the picture's texture. With BW, you would lose the warmth and the tone of the picture would change.

I like this coloured version. The textures at the bottom are eye appealing. The mist floating over the tips of the tree tops is lovely. The tall presentation was a good choice.
