About We went last night to see "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" on the IMAX screen, and so we did the only logical thing: we marched to the candy store and stuffed our pockets with sweets!

This is perhaps Tim Burton's best movie so far, and is BRILLIANT.

My pre-homage to Tim and Johnny.

Very cool perspective Paul!
If looking HARD to critique I can only find that I wish There was a tad more room above and below to let the composition breath a little more.. and the spot on the upper right ceiling..Not sure if you can see that..Some monitors are tricky... But all is minor and the image is quite worthy regardless!
Great portfolio and thank you for all your fine critiquing on my works I truely appreciate your time and effort, It's what this wonderful site is all about my friend!

I hear Walmart's really cool about shooting their "buy two, get one free" shotgun sale display for new grads......just a little FYI thing...Anyway, really nice shot here, I like the composition a lot - really good work. So the film was that good? I'll have to have the studio's send a copy for viewing at "Graceland West" (AKA waiting for the DVD to come out in 9 months - LOL) Johnny's a cool dude though - I loved him in "Blow" - great acting, great movie - did you see that one? Anyway, a 7 from me (I'm not gonna punch in though cause it will probably drop your 6.2 down to 6.1-it's happened before so I'm gonna Let it Be. Take Care, Mark

As a street photographer, I prefer to ask for forgiveness than permission when it comes to shooting in stores. I know some of the big chains (ESPECIALLY the grocery stores) are very paranoid about industrial espionage, so I don't bother even trying in there. The Mall? Fair game.

Cool pic, an at least the proprietor was sweet ) bout you taking pics, some of the markets in Wellington, NZ have been requested by their employers, not to allow it.. still the few of creativity awareness,exploration- rather than exploitation, do let us indulge..

I guess the funniest thing about this shot, Lori, is that I was squeezed into a corner behind other dispensers so I could align all these tubes. At that point, I knew I had something, and started snapping. ;)

I LOVE IT!!!!
I haven't seen this movie yet, just saw Batman a few days ago...

Great image, I also take these kinds of things in stores. I often get 'strange looks' from people wondering what on earth I'm doing. Since I tend to photograph things no one else would even think of. LOL

This is really a 'sweet perspective'!
Lori :)
