Most often I use flash lights (so I know exactly the light temperature) and shoot RAWs.
Very difficult question because my postprocessing is not always the same. What I am doing in ps is sharpening, contrasts and sometimes a little bluring.
If I dont like the color I change a little in partial color settings or in color balance (dont know in English, sorry). Hope you got it, what I meant and it can help you :)
