Very nice shot in difficult lighting.
I really like the way the light comes through at the roof line of the building, creating an interesting, graceful arch that emphasizes the subjects in the foreground. Congratulations.

It looks like hot, dirty, dangerous work. A difficult thing to photograph well, but this is excellent. The toning was a good choice too.
