i really love this photograph. some people brush off pictures of animals, especially cats, as "cute" and therefor they do not have merit as artistic, meaningful photographs. although some rather typical pictures can do this, i have a profound appreciation for photographs of cats that are unique and insightful. i believe cats have as much personality as humans, so if a picture can be created that portrays this, as any photograph with a person in it might, then it has potential and should not e dismissed as a "cute shot." this is one of those photos, along with your good use of perspective and line.
