The effect I have obtained it in this way: first= the tones in 2 passages.... before adding a little of red and yellow color with PS
and then= desaturrd all of approximately the 50 for 100....
- for blurry the background I have then patiently selected the same background and with the filter blur controls has obtained the effect that on the final image...

Forse lo stacco tra la nitidezza dell'uomo e lo sfondo è evidente, però comunque resta una gran bella foto, l'espressione dell'uomo è eccezionale. Bravo!
