Just been looking through your portfolio nd you have some really lovely stuff! This one though is one of my favourites. Love the swirl and the abstract nature of the shot. I bet a close crop on the swirl (to lose the glass) would make a fantastic abstract! Keep it up!

very nice idea and wonderful execution... I like it a lot how the lazy way the blue spreads through the crystal clear water.

Yes I did use my average digital sony-cybershot. Really, it's the reason I have begun taking pictures; my mom got a new camera and this one was passed down to me. It takes work to get a good picture, and i use ps to fix contrast sometimes. I try my best with my lack of equipment and natural light. I am thinking about purchasing another one in the near future. I appreciate your comment. Thanks. LISA

Lisa this is well done. The fact that you did this with a cybershot I find even more amazing. Most of us get caught up in the equipment game and kill a concept by trying too hard. In fact i can't imagine how you shot this with the cybershot - i figure you handheld the camera, and you were using natural light?

This is very nicely done, I like this. Great lighting, and you've captured that "swirl" beautifully. Great work. If this is an example of your random moods, I look forward to seeing your non-random images.
