Hi Khaled, Excellent expression in this photo. The close up composition limits itself to the essential aspects, leaving the peripheral information for the viewer to fill in. That creates alot of tension in this shot. The DOF may be a tad sallow, but it does serve a purpose singling out the expression of the vendor in the crowd in the background. Good shot, and very well composed!
I appreciate the time you took to describe this image, very intersting! The Dutch consume alot of Liquorice these days, but I was unaware of its history...

Very nice Capture, colors and DOF.
I'm not a fan of this drink "3ri elsous" i don't mind eating the liquorice, but not drink it.
You truly show images of Egypt that is really nice.
