good!! very good composition, I think it has a something to improve on the framing, but I like the composition, the expression, the idea it has... the arrow and the eye shut, gives you some feeling to think about.
And what I like mostly is that you do not use a photo editor. I like so much the b/w photo, and without any touch, just as it was took.
