No, I guess I did use layers. I was thinking about that. I duplicated the first layer. Chose blur-guassian blur. In the layers palette I chose soft light. I did that a couple of times whith this photo.

No Dina, I didn't use any layers. I used the gaussian blur filter with the soft light effect. Thanks for the compliments!!
