I find this a very interesting photo. I can't decide if I like it a lot, or would prefer some change or other. You have succeeded in making me look at the photo more than once.
I particularly like the separation between the forground and background accomplished w/ focus (soft in background, hard in foreground) and in contrast (low in background, hard in foreground). I also like just the hands showing in the middle person.
Having said that, I find my eyes flipping back and forth between the foreground and background. I suppose that if it were cropped tighter and the center person's face were observable, it would be more of a classic street photo... Would it be better... I don't know.

Lovely capture. I like the other people in the photo being slightly blurred putting the focus on the three woman enjoying their day together. Nice detail and the B/W was an excellent choice.
