i have one of these signs in my apt.
an old building was renovated and i got to take one home...
also have a sign that says fall out shelter..they used to have them on all the schools here...love the colour lack thereof,and direction of this piece

Very interesting photo.
I agree the place looks kreepy but, it's a realistic scene and not one of the kind you often see. The perspective makes this image even more creepy
