Amazing capture of the light!! Over 1600 views and over 100 comments. I had to comment after opening the thumbnail. The natural frame of the arch and the ball suspended in air creates such a great focal point with the strong sunset colors. The POV makes this such an eye catching shot.

Che dirti di questa immagine? bellissima. Nonostante spesso la perfezione porti a considerare una foto quasi impersonale, questa la trovo insuperabile nella composizione, nei colori e questi colori caldi mi trasmettono delle sensazioni forti.

La luce su questo intonaco è semplicemente sconvolgente... a volte i materiali parlano e riflettono meglio di specchi quello che li circonda, una Venezia al tramonto con le sue suggestioni e i suoi colori.

Ho visto anche quella di Cecilia di compo e devo dire che preferisco la tua... con il taglio sopra al punto giusto... LA qualità d'immagine è meglio in quella di cecilia però... L'hai un attimo sotto esposta ed il mare risulta scuretto ed il rosso non brilla come potrebbe... PEr risponderti alla mia ultima... non ho usato alcuna illuminazione... la foto è stata scattata in plein air con luce del giorno... fortuna ha voluto che lo sfondo fosse quasi tutto bianco e che con l'aumento di contrasto lo sia diventato tutto... Ciao

Hallo my friend! This is surely a different gate and at the same time a classic way to make a natural frame at a photo. The orange - almost red colour at the wall because of the sun is absolutely great. Also normaly when you are in a dark place and taken a shot to a brighter place the bright place looks more bright - overexposed BUT NO HERE! :) I agree with your title.... unusual for Venice.
