Yes. Yes. Crop the bottom (but not too much) and get rid of the frame and you have a real winner.

Great shot. The light hitting the trees is beautiful. However I agree about the cropping so of the fog.

Beautiful fog, light on the trees and addition of geese (or ducks!) You've got a lot of great elements making this image work. The one thing that I think could be changed, would be the framing, as the fog takes up half the screen, and the trees take up the other half, leaving a split, too balanced image. I think cropping a tad off the bottom would look great.
But, really lovely colours in this one... and the fog is a great touch.
