Hi all. Thank you for the very encouraging comments.
For this photo, I set up the single tulip next to the window. A home made reflector is placed behind the flower to reflect some light back onto it. Because of the reflector, you could see an inverted image of the tulip in the water drop.

Lily, congratulations! This is such a deceptively simple photo, yet I'm sure there was more work involved than the picture suggests. Can you tell us how you set up this shot? And if you tell me that this is just a photo of opportunity (snapshot), I think I'll give up all my cameras and take up basket weaving.
