Ray this is a very cool photograph. I like it as it is. A moment that will probely never happen just that way again. New PS CS has a shadow/highlight control under the Image pulldown that might lighten the dark areas just for experimenting. Thanks for your comments re: my leaves photo. I think we live in the same great area for photography.

This is a great shot. It's a very unique angle on the bridge and the windsurfer completes this image.

Great Picture of the Golden Gate, and it just makes it that much better having the wind surfer in the frame too! Not to mention the sunsetting in the background. Great Shot all the way!

this is great...sharp, detailed and a good composition...an excellent capture of the bridge and that wonderful fog that is so much a part of our lives...love the end of the day light you captured at the horizon...not so sure i'd agree about cropping any more off...you show a great piece of world renowned architecture here...excellent

Great shot, nice color; I might bump your Levels up just a bit to get more detail in the bridge, etc. Nice one

very nice capture, but i think as much as this is a landscape, it really deserves to be in decisive moments as well, the light you caught here is not an easy one to catch! great !

A ray of sunlight on that sail would be sooo great, have you tried dodging it a little? I'm wishing the overall image was less dark, but what a great shot. Where did you take it from?

That guy is pretty brave. If he only knew what swims in that water. He probably does; just doesn't care.

Great capture ! The setting is awesome, and the lighting is very eyecatching. Don't take this seriously, just an idea : I'd crop even a bit more from your proposition.
