Great eye you got! The framing in his one is beautiful. Only IMHO the patch of sunlit pavement gives a distracting paleness in front of the children. Could have darkened it a bit to match the other parts of the pavement. The inclusion of the shop's timing is a great idea. Cheers.

Prefer this crop. Putting aside any ethical issues, I think this is a good photo that perhaps could benefit from a closer and lower vantage point.

the lock along the left is totally unnecessary. shots like this one on the streets of india; especially of the lower middle class, i believe are better off in many ways if shot from the same eye-level as that of the subject. it establishes that empathy which otherwise to me punctuates the class difference between the photographer and the subject.

I think this one is more contextual, I mean, this crop (or uncropped version), exalts the fact that the childrens are making home work at street. Best regards, Pablo
