I like the original, the line coming from the corner provides a way out of the image for me, making it to easy for the viewer to leave, not the point of our taking an image, I dont think so anyway.

Fog is a very good reason to step out to the street with your camera and grap the oportunity to shoot everyday scenes with a sureal light and colour. I like the picture, but accoding to my tastes ( we are all diferent, although i like the photo) i would had frame it like this:

Fog? Looks more like smog. We better get used to it, Id say more is coming. Quite good comp, though would like to see where the buildings stretch to - maybe from a lower down perspective or wider lens
