Very nice portrait! I like her expression, it's very natural! Also I enjoy this sepia toning. Photo could be sharper maybe, but good enough to enjoy.

It is as you say "just beautiful" I like the DOF because it makes the background a magical interplay of light and shadow. The light on her face is just right - we have wonderful light area to profile her against her beautiful hair. The tone is wonderfully warm and meditative or dreamy. I don't mind soft so if it is intentional or unintentional I don't care.
I would play with the crop - maybe remove some from the right and the top - go for a square comp.

The comp is good but the image is very soft. Sharpen it up a bit and play with the toning and this is a good protrait.
