About	Different angle from earlier photograph of St. Louis arch. Taken years ago with kodachrome and converted to black and white with PS. Tried my hand at darkening the image but may be too dark for web view. Any helpful comments will be appreciated

I think somehow it needs more contrast. I have to wonder how interesting the picture would be if no one had told you that it was a shot of The Arch? I'll bet it would be more interesting if shot in better light. Thanks for sharing!

I think the conversion to B&W helps this out greatly. It draws you to the textures, which make this image. You may want to crop out the sun at the top to focus attention. Just my 2 cents.
