About	The sand cat, native to north African and Middle East deserts, here in his own little kingdom at Gdańsk Zoo, made me feel definitely special when stopped its nap, yawned, looked, allowing me to take two shots, and went back to sleep. This cat can survive without drinking water, getting enough fluid from its prey. It's perfectly designed to desert condition with its sand-color fur, furry "shoes" which allow it to walk on hot sand and big ears like most desert mammals.
