Sorry to hear abt your wife and daughter.
Every depression is different Ray.
Mine is non clinical and derived from fatique.
Fatigue due to post traumatic stress and a personality disorder due to emotional neglectance in my childhood.
Good to hear the progress !

I wish I could find the words to help Harry. My wife and my eldest daughter have both suffered from depression in recent times. My wife took more than six months to recover and my daughter is still in the last throes after more than two years. I cannot remember what their doctors' prescribed for them but some of the answers lay within them deeply buried and needed to be gently exposed and dealt with. I shall think of you my friend and I will hope that you recover soon. More than ever my dear friend my very very best wishes to you.......Ray

Depression is and illness. Only specialists can advice .
General knowledge and information will not help so much .
Medicines differ from one to another.
