Thank you for your well wishes.I took this opportunity to check out your photographs and as your teacher I am very proud of you. This is my favourite flower shot - I love the selective focus and how well you applied it to this image. I would consider cropping it a bit more, especially on the side to create a squarer format. Colours also work well! Keep up the good work and stay in touch!

This one is in the good direction. You asked for advice, I would suggest to change your point of view so no frontal ap shot of a flower but ' on your knees ' and make a side shot. Avoid direct sunlight, a cloudy day is better.
