I could not imagine that the transparent water could produce so intensive shadow, like any other object :)

Mohamed,
It's intentional that is the tap, the shadow of the element focused. To do this the presence of the source, in this case the tap at home, where we receive water. Water running in the foreground I do not want to be in focus, and I think most plastic effect.
Anyway thanks for the suggestion.

perhaps if u fioxed the same frame and try again to capture the composition wiz the water stream as your focal(clear ) point and try to mix both of them to have the water purity and the background roughness at the same sharpness of details
