Beautiful tones dear Pablo, your boss (wink) has a lovely warm face, and she doesn't look very bossy! A great entry in the project, I really like the repeating elements and patterns in this image, the tile floor, the plates, glasses, chairs, ceiling beams, verticals in the wall...very well composed...nice work! :)

great shot, I like a lot the placement of the table too that gives nice perspective and fill up nicely the background of your very nice portrait, good shot, well seen in greyscale and most of all, good exposure EVEN you have into your frame the light sorses, something that always 'change' the way of exposure, especialy if you use auto modes (I bet not)
