Hi Cathy, You are correct. They are very heavy, like between1500 and 2500 pounds. Not only that but they are very short tempered. They could easily charge your car and flip it right over. The lesson here is don't make them mad. BILL NAGY

Now there's something I'd never see in my daily travels! They look VERY heavy! I know how much damage a kangaroo can do if it tangles with your car, and roos are probably only a quarter of the mass of these giants. CC
