Perfect capture.
a very good understanding of how to use low shutter speed and long exposure to creat the "mood" in the nature.
also the other thing it's emphasize is the "perspective":
leaning mood to the center and pulling eyes to the middle of the photo is realy awesome.
sure it's moy favorite.

Lovely colours, and excellent smoothed capture of the water movement - it contrasts nicely with the body of water behind. It also creates a lovely effect over the rocks.
