Hey Richard:
The best Canadian Rockies photographer on uf that I know if is Tim Schumm. He's away at the moment on a photo trip, but if you leave a note on one of his photos he should be able to identify this if it's in his area of Canada.
That is a really sharp shot - clearly a lot of thought and preparation goes into your photographs. The effort shows. For reflections I noticed that a down-the-center horizontal works well and I think the still water worked for you.
Do you use grad filters for your shots to balance the sky? Sometimes It's fairly obvious, but in this one I don't see any tonality changes (a welcome sight). High quality shot all around.
Nice use of lining up the mountains on a 2/3 composition with trees for diverstity on the left 1/3rd. The rocks in the water give a good interesting foreground, but clearly the distance and sky are the main focal points.
No real suggestions to improve.
